We are writing to you to bring to your attention a slight change to our system. Although this has no impact on your usage of our SubService system, it changes where you find access to certain pieces of information. Starting Monday, April 27th, jobs in the SubService will no longer wait until midnight to transition to a "Finished" status. Instead, this will happen immediately as soon as the job?s scheduled end time occurs.

Note: All job data remains fully intact and accessible; this change only affects the timing of the status transition to ensure information is updated in real-time.

How this looks for you:

* Substitutes: You will see your jobs move into your Finished tab immediately after the shift ends, rather than waiting until the following day.

* Administrators: Since jobs will now transition instantly, please remember to include "Finished" in your search criteria if you are looking for a job that has just concluded.

* Employees: This update does not change your current view or process.

This permanent shift to real-time processing provides the foundation for new features like Timekeeping. We are currently piloting these enhancements to refine the experience.
